Protesting Bethune-Cookman Students Demand University Leaders Resume Negotiations With Ed Reed

Bethune-Cookman University’s planned hire of football Hall Of Famer Ed Reed as head coach has been canceled.

Students gathered at White Hall Chapel in response to the school’s announcement that it would not hire Reed. Students are urging administrators to reopen contract negotiations. The protest has since spread to the street in front of campus, Fox 35 reports.
