Locke was asleep on the couch of his home when police, executing a no-knock warrant, showed up and began firing. Sharon Reed and Mike Hill discussed the shooting on “Start Your Day.” Reed says without accompanying surveillance, no-knock warrants are “stupid and dangerous and wrong,” adding anyone can be inside a person’s home during the execution of one. Hill seemingly agrees.
