Darnella Frazier Is Prosecution’s Final Witness as They Rest Its Case

Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Alexander King are all charged with failing to provide medical aid to George Floyd while Derek Chauvin kneeled on his neck for more than nine minutes.

Before resting its case, the prosecution called their most important witness, Darnella Frazier, the young woman who recorded the now-infamous cell phone video that thrust this case into the national spotlight.

BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson and jury consultant Robert Swafford join Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss.
