Police Sergeant Under Investigation For Kicking Handcuffed Man in Head

An Indianapolis police sergeant is under investigation for allegedly kicking a Black man in the head while he was in handcuffs.

BNC’s Lauren McCoy has the details on “Start Your Day.” The FBI is now investigating Sergeant Eric Huxley of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The incident took place on September 24, when police were arresting Jermaine Vaughn. Huxley has since been charged with official misconduct and battery with moderate bodily injury. The police chief is considering his termination, and a US attorney is investigating to see if federal charges are appropriate.
