The Los Angeles real estate market is hotter than ever and home prices are skyrocketing. It’s a good time to be in the real estate business.

Real estate agent Pam Lumpkin is speaking to African American communities by telling them to keep their homes. “I have a commitment to my community that I need to share what I know and try to help them do the right thing for their family,” Lumpkin says.
