Five people died, including a Capitol police officer when thousands of Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol to stop the certification of the 2020 election.

More than 700 people have been charged, but the convictions are far less. Del Walters, host of BNC’s “DC Today,” joins “Start Your Day” with Sharon Reed to discuss what today means. Walters says Black America still has not had its story told in terms of political success in the 2020 election.
