Social Security Check Increase Comes at a High Cost

Monthly Social Security checks are going to be receiving an increase. However, there’s a cost.

According to the Social Security Administration, about 70 million people will get a 5.9% cost-of-living increase in their monthly checks. However, the Old-Age and Survivors’ funds will run out in 2033 and the Social Security disability fund will be gone around 2057.
