Black FedEx Driver Says White Father, Son Shot At and Chased Him

In Mississippi, there was an incident that happened on Jan. 24th in the small town of Brookhaven, which is about an hour south of Jackson, Mississippi.

24-year-old D’Monterrio Gibson says he dropped off a package. That’s when a man honking his horn in a white pick-up truck followed him closely for about 5 to 7 minutes.

He says he was terrified while he talked to his federal express manager as multiple bullets hit his delivery van.

Gibson’s attorney Carlos E. Moore spoke with BNC’s Kelly Wright about their request for a federal hate crime investigation and an upgrade on the charges against two white men.
