Defense Attorney in Ahmaud Arbery Murder Trial Targets Black Media

Lawyers for both sides in the Ahmaud Arbery murder trial believe the jury could be empaneled by the end of the week.

With more than a dozen potential jurors questioned today, the statements made and line of questioning by the defense continue to be the focus during this process.

The court’s goal is to get 12 jurors and four alternates, but defense attorney Kevin Gough suggested that four alternates might not be enough, and asked the court to consider increasing that number.

BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson and criminal defense attorney Karen Felecia Nance join Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss Gough targeting Black media.
