Dallas County Prosecutor Disbarred for Withholding Evidence

Yodit Tewolde chats with BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson to discuss a Dallas County prosecutor who withheld evidence was disbarred.

Prosecutor Rick Jackson gave up his license after it was revealed that he hid evidence in cases involving two capital murder convictions of Black men.

About 143 people who were wrongfully convicted were exonerated last year.
