Sha’Carri Richardson To Return To The Track In Oregon Competition

Sha’Carri Richardson is set to make her return to the track after missing the Tokyo Olympics due to a marijuana suspension. The 21-year-old will look for redemption when she competes in the 100-meter race at the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, Oregon, on Aug. 21, Jamaica Gleaner reported.

Richardson’s opponents will include Elaine Thompson Herah, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Shericka Jackson, three Jamaican women who won medals in Tokyo, according to ESPN.
