Utah State Rep. Steve Christiansen Explains His Anti-CRT Legislation

The state of Utah could be joining the party of banning critical race theory.

Representative Steve Christiansen has introduced a resolution on the subject of critical race theory in public education.

The H.R. 901 proposes “that some concepts contained in critical race theory demean important societal values and it proposes that no curriculum in the state include concepts that promote one race is inherently superior or inferior to another race.”

Christiansen joins Marc Lamont Hill on “Black News Tonight” to talk about the resolution.
