Head of ADOS Discusses Reparations, Pan-Africanism and Diaspora Wars

The never-ending discussions about reparations have reached across racial lines.

According to a University of Massachusetts Amherst poll, 86% of African Americans support the federal government sending cash payments to the descendants of slaves, while 72% of whites disapprove of the idea. As a result, almost two-thirds of all Americans oppose reparations.

Yvette Carnell, who is the co-founder of the American Descendants of Slavery movement, joins Marc Lamont Hill on “Black News Tonight” to discuss reparations.
